After considerable time searching for flooring, we came to Planet Hardwood. We thought the layout of the facility and the ability to review product was exceptional. This allowed us to narrow down our choices pretty quickly. We found the pricing considerably better than any of the competitors but especially the big box stores. What we found to be truly exceptional was Paul's help. We intended to install the hardwood ourselves and he took the time to explain the various key steps to make the installation successful. He was also available by phone and email as issues came up. In the end, our floors came out beautiful, better than we expected and with minimal waste. We highly recommend Planet Hardwood.
